Hi! It's worth going through this. For what if ...

• Your product does not arrive?

• Your item is not as you expected?

• You want to change your item?

• You want to return your item?

All orders are sent with tracking number. If for some reason your order do not arrive within an acceptable time (3-10 days DK or 5-15 days EU), please contact us.

We do our best to get the product images to be as true in color and texture as possible and to be accurate with the measurements so you have a feel of size. However, if for some reason the color looks different from what you expected or doesn’t fit you have 14 days to return it. We are sorry to hear you aren’t happy with your purchase but will do our best to help you out with an exchange or return. Email us on maya@nordicknit.com and we’ll send you a return label or we can arrange a time to meet at the showroom.

You are welcome to exchange or return your purchase within two weeks of receipt provided the item has not been in use or otherwise exposed in any way. Contact me as soon as possible and I will send you a return slip or we visit the showroom.
